The fishing trawler Akurey AK, which was built in 2017, is now in Hafnarfjörður Port (Iceland) for renovation.

All winches onboard are from Naust Marine along with ATW Control system and other winch controls.

Akurey is now adding a 3rd trawl winch along with controls and 2 sweeplines. By adding the 3rd trawl winch, the ship is capable of pulling two trawls at the same time with minimal increase of oil consumption.
