Naust Marine recently signed a contract with one of Russia's largest shipping companies, Norebo Holding, which is to build 6 new freezer trawlers that are designed by the icelandic company Nautic ehf.

The vessels are 83 meters long and 16 meters wide and will be equipped with the latest technology.

Naust Marine’s contract is for Complete Winch Solutions for the 6 trawlers, that includes 41 winches for each ship along with the Control System.

The freezer trawlers will be built at the Severnaya Verf shipyard in St. Petersburg and first winches are to be delivered EXW in September this year, while the construction of all six trawlers must be completed in 2023.
