The new Skinney SF-20, arrived in its homeport Hornafjordur in the beginning of april this year, after almost 2 months of sailing from Taiwan.
The trip went well although they had to pass the dangerous pirate sea by the coast of Somalia.
Naust Marine supplied all the electrical winches on board and built the control equipment and built the Auto-Gen system used to control the generators and the main switch board for Skinney. The Schottel Bow thrusters were also provided by Naust Marine. The ship is owned by Skinney Þinganes in Iceland.
