Naust Marine´s systems and staff travel far and wide, including Latin America.
Recently a Naust Marine technician was in Peru installing a cable winch control system in the trawler Maestro, owned by Dong Wong Industries in South Korea.
A few weeks later Naust Marine´s service department employee was in Panama tending to ATW system maintenance on board two trawlers. The trawlers are Jose Marti (former Alpha) and Simon Bolivar (former Angara) but both ships were sold to Venezuela in 2009/2010. The ships have not been fishing for the last year due to alternations and changes in ownership but are set to start fishing mackerel in the Pacific soon.
Jose Marti is equipped with an old ATW system from Naust Marine and Simon Bolivar with a recent ATW system. Both systems will be used in the proposed mackerel fishing.
In 2009 Naust Marine installed an ATW system in the trawler Echizen Maru, owned by the Japanese firm NISSUI but operated from Argentina. In addition to the ATW system Enchizen Maru has an AUTO-GEN power management system, alarm system, distribution swich board and 20 electrical winces, from Naust Marine.
